Farm-fresh eggs are a versatile and nutritious ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes. Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
